Speechcom is a speech pathology staffing company that is dedicated to placing the best speech pathologists into local Southern California school districts. We aspire to make a profound impact in the lives of the clients we serve and our therapists. We aren’t like typical speech pathology placement agencies. We make it our mission to match the right pathologist with the right contract and provide our therapists with constant resources and support so that we succeed with every client.

We provide support to our highly talented and qualified staff by making our administration and resources readily available. We strive to hire only the best candidates and partner with school districts to provide excellent services and support.

Our goal is to create an atmosphere that fosters talent, leadership, and creativity so that we can deliver the most effective and dedicated staffing solutions to school districts.

Meet the Team.

Anna Weber

Anna Weber is a Speech Pathologist, CEO, and owner of SpeechCom Inc, SpeechCom Children’s Speech Therapy Center, & Co Founder of Word & Motion Speech Therapy Group. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Walla Walla University in 1997. She went on to complete post baccalaureate studies in Communication Science Disorders from Western Washington University and Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Loma Linda University in 2000. Over the last 23 years Anna has worked in a variety of settings including public school districts in Los Angeles, Riverside, and Orange County. She performed Speech Pathology services for Orange County Regional Center from 2007-2011. In 2016 Anna and her husband Erick opened a private speech pathology practice in Redondo Beach, CA. She is a member of CASHA, ASHA, and an SLPA advisory committee board member at Cerritos College.

Erick Weber

Chief Operations Officer
Erick graduated from The University of Redlands with a bachelor’s degree in International Relations.
After spending 20 years in sales and business development he joined SpeechCom in May of 2016.
He helped grow the agency division and establish the clinic in August 2017.
Currently he is fully focused on managing and growing Speechcom Children’s Therapy Center and the recently added Occupational Therapy division.

Rebecca Ruchlin Coley

Vice President Business and Staff Development
Rebecca Ruchlin Coley is a Speech Language Pathologist. She completed her bachelor’s degree from Marymount Manhattan College in Communication Science Disorder in 2014. She received her Master of Education in Speech Language Pathology from Monmouth University in 2016. Rebecca was awareded her assistive technology certificate from California State University- NorthRidge in 2020. Rebecca has worked in public schools in NJ, TX, and CA, as well as private practices and early intervention. She is a member of ASHA, and holds a speech pathology license in CA and TX. Rebecca is the Vice President of Business Development for SpeechCom Inc, working on recruiting great therapists, managing and expanding relationships with school districts, and performing managerial duties.

SANDY PECK, MBA, PHR

HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR

Sandy Peck, Human Resources Director, has a Bachelor of Science degree and Master’s in Business Administration, Human Resources emphasis. Sandy is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) with a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Sandy has worked mostly in finance and healthcare human resources administration. Sandy’s expertise is with payroll, recruitment, employment law, strategic planning, and leadership specializing in compliance, benefit administration, staffing and employee relations. Sandy is enthusiastic about the employee and employer relationship and strives to create a rewarding employee experience. 

Kayla Solomon M.S. CCC-SLP

Director of Business & Staff Development, Utah Division.

Kayla Solomon graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders from California State University, Long Beach, in 2011. She graduated with her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Chapman University and served as adjunct faculty at the university from 2020 through 2021. She is completing her Doctorate in Speech and Language Pathology at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She began her career on the medical side of Speech Pathology and shifted to school-based when she started her family and discovered SpeehCom, Inc. Kayla is a practicing SLP but is now serving SpeechCom, Inc. as the Director of Business and Staff Development with an emphasis on recruitment from universities nationwide and developing services and staff in the Utah region. 

Brittani Rosales

HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

Brittani Rosales, Human Resource Coordinator has a Bachelor of Science degree In
Business HR Management from Westerns Governor’s University. Brittani’s primary
background is in Hospitality and has worked mostly in the Customer Service Industry.
Her experience in client relations and customer success has developed her desire to
prioritize the well-being of all employees and encourage a positive work environment.
As the HR Coordinator at SpeechCom she is committed to providing support, creating a
positive culture, and ensuring all employees feel valued.
